Some more (a lot more) detail on the shapeshifter thing:
Gained from the story of TPRPM when they enter the twilight area, but because she and Lita are Weird(tm) and a slightly different type of Human(tm) than Link, the effects are strange. In Liz, this manifests as her ability to alter any part of her body to just about anything while in her other "form" (only distinguished by her eyes being yellow rather than green).
She has a sort of reservoir of 'mass', in addition to her actual physical mass, to use at will. So if she wants to become something larger than normal, the difference is taken from the reservoir. Whenever any transformation happens, it emits a gray smoke that dissipates quickly, and takes more energy from her the more drastic the change. The smoke is an indication of whatever dimensional/biochemical reaction that happens, as a little bit of mass is wasted, used for energy. The reservoir can be filled by 'absorbing' things, which she often does with projectiles or just ..eating a lot. If the reservoir is empty, an attempted transformation could eat away at her actual body, which could easily kill her. There's not much of an indication of the reservoir, so it's in her best interest to be extremely careful with it.
If she stays in a certain 'form' for a long enough time (weeks) it becomes her default form & she can revert to it easily.
She can also heal herself with her powers, although it's not as easy. When wounded it's harder for her to focus, and it requires a very deep and detailed understanding of her anatomy, so deeply internal injuries are beyond her, at first. Healing requires slow and deliberate knitting together the flesh, and takes extra energy. She can also restore lost blood in a similar manner.
In the event of near-death or paralysis, she also has a technique which I've already written about here
Bleep bloop thanks for reading
